Goals are not always easy to come up with on our own sometimes. Since I’m not one to keep a good idea to myself, I’m sharing the goal-setting cards template that I used.
This is a multi-page sheet that includes 8 cards for each of your major life areas:

Plus 2 Bonus Cards: - Goal #1

There’s also a “bonus Goal #1 and Goal#2” card for you to write goals for whatever life area you choose, or you can keep it a secret. Simply print each sheet out, fill in your goals, cut the cards out, and paste them on 4 x 6 index cards!
or cut them out and place them in a frame, place on your desk to remind you. Just write on the glass, with dry erase markers.
